Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow the shipment all the way to delivery.
If, contrary to expectations, items in your order are out of stock or back-ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. As a general rule, orders are not shipped until they can be delivered in full, unless otherwise agreed.
If your package or its contents are damaged upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible and include pictures of the packaging and the damaged items. This will help us process the case faster.
